What types of equipment do you offer for hire?
We offer a wide range of equipment for your events, including marquees, tents, furniture (tables, chairs, living rooms, stand-up table, etc.), as well as various equipment such as umbrellas, barrels, lighting and much more.
How many people can be accommodated under your tents?
Our marquees and tents can accommodate small and large scale events.
Depending on the configuration, we can organize receptions for up to 600 people, while guaranteeing comfort and aesthetics.
What are the booking deadlines?
We advise you to book your equipment as soon as possible, especially if your event takes place during periods of high demand (summer, wedding season…).
However, we do our best to respond to urgent requests subject to availability.
In which regions do you operate for equipment rental?
We operate mainly in the Dordogne (24), Gironde (33), Lot-et-Garonne (47), Corrèze (19) and Lot(46).
Are transport and installation included in the rental?
Yes, the transport and installation of our equipment are included in our services.
Our teams take care of the assembly of your marquees on the site of your event.
What are the payment terms?
When ordering, we ask for a deposit of 30%.
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the latter.
Payment of the balance must be made by the day of installation.
As with any equipment rental, a deposit check will be requested from the client and then returned at the end of the rental according to the condition of the rented equipment.
How is the delivery and collection of equipment?
We ensure that all equipment is delivered and installed in a timely manner prior to the start of your event.
After the end of the reception, our team collects the equipment according to a schedule agreed together.
Do you provide the tablecloths and dishes with the tables?
We rent only furniture but we can refer you to service providers for the rental of tablecloths and dishes.
Do you offer consultancy services for space planning?
Absolutely! Our team is there to guide you in the choice of furniture, the arrangement of tables and chairs, and the general layout of your space. We make sure that everything is perfect for the atmosphere and smooth running of your event.
